[Live Report] Sundown Festival 2012, Singapore - Alice Nine

Ughhh lol my body still hurts pretty badly and I think I'm gonna get some bruises soon BUT! IT WAS WORTH ALL THE WAIT!!!! こんばわみんあさん！お久しぶりです！

Oh I've also got some photos of their arrival at the airport too! ASAKDASJL; WE WERE SOOOO CLOSEEEE TO THEMMM AAAAAHHHHHH!! OH and Saga "grabbed" our gift lol when they were coming out from the customs (was hoping Nao or Shou took them but they didn't >; ) Saga was sooo cute! He grabbed several gifts along the way out and Shou took some gifts around the end of the exit as well.

I'm not going to write much (lol it ended up a bit too long ww) as I'm pretty tired and I have an exam tomorrow (not that anything has gone into my head orz OTL)

Well! All I can say it was an INCREDIBLE LIVE! さいこうです！私はまた皆さんにお会いしたいと思います！！So tempted to go to their live next year but I'll have to see if its possible first! Anyways, here's a brief report...

The A9 fans waited more than 2 f**king hours just for A9 and I was seriously dying of boredom lol.
In the morning, we got lost as we couldn't find the DAMN PLACE. SUNDOWN SERIOUSLY, IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO ATTEND YOUR CONCERTS PLEASE PLEASE NEXT TIME PUT SOME SIGNS TO THE VENUE. NOT EVERYONE KNOWS WHERE THE BLOODY HELL MARINA PROMENADE IS. We walked about 10-15 mins and Min was swearing and I was dying till sharonloki found us. SHARONBBY SOBBS THANK YOU FOR GOING OUT TO FIND US.

We went to queue about 9++, the queue wasn't that bad yet (Thank goodness as sharonloki came early) It wasn't really sunny yet but around 11++ onwards, it got pretty hot orz (but we were in the shade until the staff told us to move >___> ) There was also brief thunderstorms and I can tell you that Sundown Fes management REALLY SUCKS BALL. IT WAS SO BAD THAT THEY ONLY PROVIDED US A CRAPPY PIECE OF PLASTIC PONCHO. (SERIOUSLY, ITS SOOOO SHITTY THAT IT CAN'T BE CALLED A PONCHO >___> ) Anyways it rained heavily for a sometime, thunder and lightning were really prominent..I really don't understand WHY THEY ARE HAVING AN OUTDOOR LIVE AROUND THIS TIME OF YEAR @____@ when everyone knows that it's the rainy season. I was feeling nervous throughout the entire day (I didn't know why, tho Min and sharonloki prolly think its cos I was really excited to see A9 which I am haha. But to see mainly shou (lol I'm a HUGE shou fan!) So i had to keep eating sweets and drinking water and stuff to calm myself down.

Well moving on, after all the waiting and all sorts of things happening, it was time for the gate to open. It opened around 5.30++(? can't remember) and the person who was handing the ticketing in our queue was SO FUCKING SLOW! LIKE BITCH MOVE IT!! She was pretty blur and slow as she took her time to tear the damn tickets >__> Then there was a bag check then we finally rushed to the respective categories we were in. We bought CAT 3, which was not too shabby as we managed to secure a place right in front of the stage (tho we were on the right side but still it was a good view).

Then starts the long awaited 2 hours of torturous wait lmao. They kept playing the lame 7-up adverts which got pretty irritating orz. Also before starting, they had some bg music, and was pretty sure that they played some Gazette songs and anisong/j-pop as well ( I tried to soundhound it but couldn't catch it since we were in front of the speakers and I think my phone couldn't pick up or something..) SO finally they started around 7.50+ going to 8 >___>

The 1st act was the k-pop group and I had absolutely zero interest in them. The k-pop fans were SUPER ANNOYING HAIZZ. They just kept on screaming and that really killed the mood since all I could hear was screams and more screams (Come on, you're here to enjoy a concert not scream the shit out of your lungs till you can't hear your idols singing @__@ ) I can't remember who was next as nothing interested me lol.

When finally the artist before A9 was singing on stage, Min and I decided to go to the restroom, since I was feeling more nervous now. So we went and on our way, GUESS WHAT?! WE SAW A9, IN THEIR BUS, JUST ARRIVING AND ASDJAKFHALS;'S OMFG WE SAW A9!!!! NAO'S CONFUSED FACE AND PON-CHAN'S HAIR was all we managed to glimpse on while their bus was turning into the backstage parking. APPARENTLY Min and I STARTED JUMPING AND WAVING UP AND DOWN AND SCREAMING WHILE ONLOOKERS STARED lol Nao saw us and gave us a confused look lol and we were FREAKING EXCITED and skipped all the way to the restroom LOL After that we ran back and told sharonloki about it haha Then we endured a bit more for the Taiwanese artist to finish up. Once she was done, A9 fans got real hyped up! We kept chanting ALICE NINE/A9!! But then we had to wait a bit more as the staff had to set up and did some testing to the equipments and all. The host and hostess were REALLY ANNOYING orz while we were waiting. They threw the Sundown posters at the crowd and t-shirts too which IMO was REALLY UGLY. Then finally, it was TIME.

あああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああああ is all I can really say lol. It was worth all the wait SERIOUSLY. I can't even describe the feeling that I had when the members all came out. Hiroto seem well and that was really great! Shou asagdakj''; I think I HAVE never seen anyone SO PERFECT (except for mai 2D husbandos lol), was in the Tokyo Galaxy outfit and THAT MADE HIM LOOK SO ASHDKJAHDKALK;AL'AFS;' (fangirl mode ww) Well they all look STUNNINGLY PERFECT. INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT. I can now die happy if this year is going to end lol.

We were on the right side, which was hiroto's side. Goot view too haha! When he came in he was like blowing kisses to the crowd which riled them up more! Shou took the main stage and asked "Are we having fun?!" and something else (can't remember again orz) and they started off by playing Heart of Gold!

The setlist for it was:

1. Heart of Gold

2. Rainbows

3. Fantasy

4. Blue Planet (OMFG WASN'T EXPECTING THIS!!!!!)

5. Tsubasa

6. Shunkashuutou

OMG IT. WAS. AN. INCREDIBLE. LIVE!!!!!!! During Rainbows, the other fans started to do furi and headbanging (not so extreme tho but I can feel the barricade moving! I'm sure that prolly scared those damn k-pop fans haha cos there were 2 next to me, and I kept pushing and hitting them with my lightsticks!ww) I used like 3 lightsticks on my right and 2 on left (wanted to to a starburst but can't since I'm scared my fingers will cramp >_<) There was MC during one of the break interval, I think before or after rainbows(? my memory is terrible haha) And everyone is simply ADORABLE. akjslads; Shou riled up the crowd by making everyone scream when he said "Make some noiseeeee!!!" Also there was BRA-THROWING!! lol this part was hilarious!! Seems that some fans brought some bras and threw them at Saga's side! I heard that a total of 5 bras were thrown(??)

Saga picked up one of the bras and gave it to hiroto who kissed it and threw it back to the crowd after that! There was some fanservice too! Shou and Tora took the center and started to sing together in the mic while Pon and Saga sang at the left side! Everything happened so fast, the next song came after the next then before everyone knew it came to an end ;______; SAGA DIDN'T DO ANY BASS LICKING AND I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT!! (sobsss ;________;) I also remember that hiroto threw his guitar pick but I'm not sure who got it orz >_<
Also at the end of the live, shou went "ARIGATOUU! ARIGATOUU!!" in his adorable voiceee (I can still hear it in my head haha) Hiroto and Saga threw water, well hiroto threw "holy water" since the bottle was opened, while Saga's wasn't and Nao!!! NAOOOOOOOOO!! He threw his DRUMSTICKS AS USUAL but our side didn't have a chance CREYS (It was thrown at the left and right sides but we were a bit too far unless I rush towards the middle right then I would have had a chance lol but I didn't want to die so I didn't do it DDDDD: ) I'm not too sure if Tora threw anything tho lol (so sorries >___<" )

The live went by pretty fast! Till today, I feel it was pretty surreal. Just last few weeks, I had seen TMR, fripSide, LiSa, HachioujiP (ahshl;aslk we lead the crowd together with koppepan), Perfume(THE GIRLS ARE SO PERFECT!! AND NOCCHI!!! AAAAAAAAA CAN'T BELIEVE WE WERE SO SOOOOO CLOSE TO THEM!!!!AJSFAKL;;) and of course Alice Nine ADSJDJASLD;AFLAF SHOUUU-SAMAAAA GDFKGJSAFKHSK! This year turned out to be a pretty goot year (even tho I'm dying from my final year project in school lol)

Well this post is coming to an end...If there are more details that I remember I'll re-edit it again!
