To SUPER VC,『Tender』is a song that they’ve always wanted to sing. This collaboration with Alice Nine underwent numerous obstructions before it finally came true. Although both bands have admired each other for a long time but due to many unavoidable external factors as well as both parties’ conflicting schedules, this has been shelved for a long time.
However, when the friendship-themed lyrics were finally formed after numerous exchange and discussions by both parties, both companies finalized this collaboration almost simultaneously.
"Regardless of the turmoil from the outside world, as long as we hold on to each other’s hands with sincerity, we can overcome the fear, abandon the lack of mutual understanding, become friends and working hard together for the common goal” - this happens to be the gentle positive energy which『Tender』would like to express and convey.
The course of composing is full of difficulties but the power of music transcends the languages and nationalities.
『Tender』’s composing and arrangement were in-charge by Alice Nine while the lyrics were jointly written by Super VC and Alice Nine. However as both are self-composing bands, Super VC and Alice Nine each have their own musical concepts and creative ideas. Coupled with language differences, the entire composing process was beset with difficulties. Every idea and decision went through countless numbers of emails and phone calls before it was finally finalized.
However as both parties have the same ideal for music, both have high demands on the quality for the composition.『Tender』went through constant deliberations and changes before it was ultimately presented to everyone in perfection.
It is reported that Alice Nine’s China tour will take place from May 30th starting in major cities like Beijing and Shanghai. On June 05th, SUPER VC will be the guest at Alice Nine’s Beijing tour at the Beijing MAO Live House. Major ticketing sites have started selling the tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the live venues.
